Camaro

Camaro

In Progress

My 2002 Camaro SS has been my project for years and serves as my main fabrication and development car. It went through a complete nut-and-bolt restoration, with almost every bracket and fastener powder coated before going back together. It's powered by an LS1 with an MS4 cam, an LS7 clutch, a T56 six-speed, and a MWC fabricated 9-inch rear end with a 31-spline Eaton Truetrac differential. It also has a full Strano suspension, CTS-V Calipers, and I'm slowly adding more carbon fiber parts as I develop them.

Corvette

Corvette

Complete

This customer C7 Corvette is a twin-turbo build that has involved a lot of custom fabrication and wiring. It's running a Holley Terminator X Max with custom plumbing and wiring throughout. The car is recently finished, we just completed the A/C lines, and are preparing the car for delivery to its owner.

Jeep

In Progress

The customer supplied a custom tube chassis LJ Wrangler for me to finish. My work has included skinning the chassis with miles of silicon bronze TIG welding, building several custom tanks and plumbing systems, adding tabs and mounting points throughout, and modifying the fiberglass body panels to fit the finished chassis.

BMW 7 Series

BMW 7 Series

On Hold

This BMW 7 Series has been in my family since it was new. It was originally my grandmother's, then my dad's, and now it's mine. Instead of selling it to a stranger, I decided to give it a second life with an LQ4, a 4L80E transmission, and an S480 turbo while keeping the outside looking as close to stock as possible. Most of the hard work is done. I was finishing the custom coolant tank when life got busy, and before I knew it, the car had been pushed out of the shop and into the weeds to make room for other projects. It still only needs a driveshaft, a good vacuum, and a few final details before it's back on the road. One of these days it'll make its way back into the shop where it belongs.

Product Development

Product Development

Active

This is where new ideas turn into products. It includes CAD design, 3D printing, carbon fiber development, prototypes, and all the testing that happens before a product ever makes it onto the website. Some ideas never leave this page, while others eventually become products that customers can buy.

Snow Bike Kit

Snow Bike Kit

Complete

A snow bike conversion kit I prototyped on a Razor MX650. I built it out and tested it, but ultimately decided the design wasn't scalable for me to produce, so the project was shelved.
