Product Development
This is where new ideas turn into products. It includes CAD design, 3D printing, carbon fiber development, prototypes, and all the testing that happens before a product ever makes it onto the website. Some ideas never leave this page, while others eventually become products that customers can buy.

3D Scanning the Power Wheels Fleet
Scanning the workshop fleet to build accurate digital models of the ride-on chassis, body mounts, and suspension hard points. Reverse-engineering the factory geometry lets us design new products that fit the first time — from suspension kits to body brackets — without relying on guesswork or hand-measured templates.
