Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: All non-custom in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom fabrication runs, small-batch components, or 3D-printed items with specific lead times will state their production timeline clearly on the product page.
- Domestic Shipping: We ship via major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) from our shop in Ortonville, Michigan. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Returns & Refunds Policy
- Standard Items: We accept returns on standard, unmodified products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Custom Work & Made-to-Order Parts: Because of the nature of custom fabrication, 3D-printed custom polymer components (such as specific colorways or custom-designed inserts), and specialized modifications, all custom orders are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective component, contact us immediately at trevor@turbobeardengineering.com with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
