BMW 7 Series
This BMW 7 Series has been in my family since it was new. It was originally my grandmother's, then my dad's, and now it's mine. Instead of selling it to a stranger, I decided to give it a second life with an LQ4, a 4L80E transmission, and an S480 turbo while keeping the outside looking as close to stock as possible. Most of the hard work is done. I was finishing the custom coolant tank when life got busy, and before I knew it, the car had been pushed out of the shop and into the weeds to make room for other projects. It still only needs a driveshaft, a good vacuum, and a few final details before it's back on the road. One of these days it'll make its way back into the shop where it belongs.
Waiting for the Camaro to be finished before getting back to it.

Current Status — In the Weeds
This is where the 7 Series sits today — parked under the trees, buried in leaves, waiting its turn. It got pushed out to make room for the Camaro and other active builds, but the LQ4 / 4L80E / S480 swap is largely done under the hood. A driveshaft, a serious cleanup, and a handful of final details are all that stand between it and firing back up.
It's not forgotten. Just on deck.
